As the year slowly comes to an end and the festive season approaches, life seems to get busier and busier.
After months of working, rushing around, caring for others and juggling everyday responsibilities, perhaps it’s time to give ourselves something we often forget — permission to slow down.
Join us for a warm, gentle and nourishing afternoon where we can pause, breathe and reconnect with ourselves before the December festive rush begins.
🌿 Restorative Yoga – Gentle, supported poses to help release tension and allow your body to rest.
🧘 Mindfulness Meditation
A guided practice to bring your awareness back to the present moment, without pressure or expectations.
🔔 Tibetan Singing Bowls
Experience mindful listening through gentle, soothing sounds and moments of stillness.
🍲 Thai Comfort Food & Community
As always, we’ll finish by sharing delicious homemade Thai food cook by @kimcooksthaistreetfood & co cook by @jessi_yanez, warm conversations, laughter and lovely moments together.

Please wear comfortable, warm clothing. Bring your favourite cosy socks, a warm jumper or extra layers, and a blanket if you have one. We want you to feel snug and comfortable while resting and meditating.
No experience needed. No fancy poses. No rushing.
Just come as you are, and enjoy a little time for yourself.
