A Scorpio New Moon Breathwork, Sound Healing & Reiki Ceremony
There comes a moment, a threshold, when who we've been can no longer hold who we're becoming.
With the darkness of the New Moon, we're invited into the sacred womb of transformation. A space to shed old identities, surrender the illusion of control and reclaim the parts of ourselves we've hidden, suppressed or abandoned along the way.
Scorpio reminds us that death and rebirth are sacred parts of life. That our shadows, intensity, and deepest desires are not something to fear or overcome -they are parts of ourselves longing to be met, loved, and integrated.
Through this 2-hour experience, Emily and Sarah invite you into a ceremonial journey of breathwork, Reiki and deep inner exploration. Together, we'll create space for what is ready to fall away while nurturing the seeds of who you're becoming.
Not to become someone other than who you are, but to become more wholly yourself.
The Breathwork Technique
Emily will guide you through a 3-part breath (inhale to the belly, inhale to the chest, and exhale), inviting you beyond the thinking mind and into deeper contact with your body.
Breathwork can support you in:
- Releasing old patterns, limiting beliefs, and emotional tension
- Exploring your shadows with compassion and curiosity
- Softening the need to control and creating space for surrender
- Deepening your connection to your intuition and inner wisdom
- Reclaiming your authentic expression, desires, and personal power
The Medicine of Reiki
Sarah will weave Reiki energy healing throughout the ceremony, offering a gentle invitation to soften, receive, and reconnect with your inner wholeness.
Reiki is a Japanese energy-healing practice that uses gentle touch or hands held above the body to encourage relaxation, presence, and a sense of balance.
As breathwork invites movement and release, Reiki offers a complementary space for stillness, integration, and receiving.
Together, these practices invite you to meet the parts of yourself that have been waiting for your presence, allowing what is ready to shift to do so in its own time.

This New Moon is an invitation to lay down the identities you've outgrown, honor all that has brought you here, and plant new seeds from a place of sovereignty, self-trust, and love.
Everyone's journey with breathwork and Reiki is unique. You may experience emotional release, physical sensations, deep stillness, or simply a greater sense of connection to yourself. All of it is welcome, and you are always invited to move at the pace of your own body.

Parking for Yoga Center of Denver

There 3 free parking options at the Yoga Center. YCD's parking lot is accessible from South Broadway (turn left between the two white buildings) and from the alley behind YCD (turn left from E Walsh or enter from Exposition Ave).
If the lot is full, there is free street parking on Broadway and Exposition, as well as the RTD overflow parking lot across the street, accessible from S Broadway shortly after Exposition Ave.
About Your Facilitators
is a 500HR RYT, embodiment guide, and breathwork facilitator with over eight years of experience guiding others through somatic healing, ceremony, and embodied transformation. Her work is rooted in creating compassionate, trauma-informed spaces where all parts of our humanity are welcomed, and where we can return to the love, wisdom, and wholeness already living within us.
is an Astrology Coach, Reiki Master, and Yoga Teacher who weaves together intuitive energy work with cosmic guidance to create a deeply nourishing space of healing and presence. Through meditation, astrology, and Reiki, Sarah’s warm and attuned energy illuminates the wisdom with you, helping you soften into receiving and accepting more of yourself. Her subtle yet powerful energy work offers a sanctuary for your tension to dissolve, your clarity to sharpen, and your heart to open.
