Roxy Jules
ROXY JULES’ music is a collision of distorted guitars, electronic beats and her signature intense and dreamlike vocals. She has been described as a love child of PJ Harvey, Mazzy Star and The Kills, who quickly broke free to forge a sound entirely her own. Currently ROXY JULES is working on a new album, and by the time she takes the stage in Råhuset, the fist single "Tomorrow" has hit the streets - and will for sure be a part of the setlist.
ROXY JULES has four full-length albums, three EPs and a vast number of concerts behind her. Her music has received airplay on Denmark’s P6 Beat and found its way into films, series, TV, music blogs and playlists both in Denmark and internationally. Now, with a new album on the horizon, she is preparing to take us on another journey through darkness and light, noise and dreams — and everything that exists somewhere in between.
