About this Event
Roots to Rise by creative harmony arts with the HeARTful Hands Collective brings together meditation, reflective journaling, cultural connection, and hands-on artmaking to create an experience that nourishes both inner and creative wellbeing.
This workshop invites you to step away from the demands of everyday life and make space to listen inward, explore your emotions, and express what is alive within you.
Each workshop is an opportunity to explore the relationship between culture, creativity, emotional wellbeing, and community.
You don't have to be an artist.
You don't have to know how to meditate.
You don't have to know what you want to create before you arrive.
Just bring your curiosity and an openness to explore.

Learn and explore an accessible art practice guided by a member of the HeARTful Hands Collective. No previous artistic experience is needed.

Discover how traditional and contemporary creative practices can become pathways for connection—to ourselves, our heritage, one another, and the world around us.

Create alongside others in a welcoming environment where sharing, listening, and learning from one another are part of the experience
