✨ Honor Your Ancestors. Heal the Patterns. Reclaim Your Roots. ✨
We are more than the stories we tell about ourselves. We are the living continuation of generations before us, carrying their wisdom, resilience, traditions, and sometimes the emotional wounds and patterns that have been passed down through our family lineage.
But what if you could honor where you came from without continuing to carry what no longer serves you?
You are the bridge between the generations that came before you and those yet to come.
Join us for a sacred evening of ancestral remembrance, reflection, and energetic healing as we explore the invisible threads connecting us to our family lineage.
Through guided meditation, intentional breathwork, somatic awareness, and Reiki-infused sound healing, we will create a compassionate space to acknowledge inherited beliefs, explore generational patterns, and reconnect with the strength and wisdom of our ancestors.
✨ Bring one item that represents your family lineage and/or pictures of your family.
Healing doesn’t mean rejecting your roots. It means nurturing them so something new can grow.
You do not have to repeat every story that came before you. You have the opportunity to become the conscious author of what comes next.
Whether you feel deeply connected to your ancestry or are just beginning to explore your family’s history, this experience invites you to reconnect with your roots from a place of love rather than obligation.
Reflection for the Soul:
What am I carrying that was never mine to begin with, and what wisdom from my ancestors am I ready to reclaim?
🌙 Come as you are. Bring an open heart, a yoga mat, a blanket, and a willingness to explore the stories woven into your roots.
🌳 May the healing you begin within yourself become a gift to the generations that follow.
