We're running a bookmark-making workshop (and it doesn't matter if you don't think you're 'artistic', or if you don't own a book! )... Spend some quiet, relaxing time in the company of some incredible, supportive women, for a gentle nervous system reset. Because the meditative art of simply creating something distracts and calms – and this one of the many things our women's safe space provides. 🌟
