About this Event
We are a group of XR researchers and practitioners, and we are reaching out to people and organisations working with XR, immersive technologies, and spatial computing in and around Scotland.
Together with the Innovate UK Immersive Tech Network, we are forming the XR Hub Scotland, a cross-sector XR community in Scotland – a space to connect, share what people are working on, and discuss what kind of XR community would be useful for us all.
Our first event, an XR meetup in Glasgow aims to bring together people from universities, industry, startups, creative technology, and related organisations. We would be very pleased if you or someone from your organisation could join us.
The format will be lightweight, with one or two lightning talks, project/demo snapshots, and time for discussion and networking (and there will be snacks and a drinks reception!).
