A circle for guided journaling and meditation designed to help you find balance between grounding, surrender, and creative flow.
This weekly class is for anyone seeking to stay rooted while growing through life’s transitions. Through intentional journal prompts, you’ll reconnect with your values, inner wisdom, and what brings you joy.
Together, we’ll practice yoga, meditate, reflect, and create space for the kind of clarity that leads to conscious, aligned living.
