I’m so excited to bring Yoga & Yap indoors for the colder months!
We’ll be at The Heart Space in Kensal Rise on Saturday 10th October. Please arrive for 11:15am.
We’ll start with a 45-minute yoga flow, followed by a 30-minute sound bath with Lucy (@soundflowlucy) — the perfect chance to slow down, switch off and have a little bit of time for yourself.
We’ll also have some lovely goodies from Free Soul & Dr Organic 🤍
And of course, afterwards we can all grab a coffee nearby and have a catch up ☕️
