Welcome to Bectu's Big Autumn Gathering 2026!
This year we are moving to a NEW VENUE! The Big Autumn Gathering will be at Ravensbourne University in Nroth Greenwich!
Saturday 10th October 2026
11.00 am-5.30 pm with a social to follow.
Join us for a day filled with learning, networking and more.
This in-person event is a fantastic opportunity to connect with fellow film & TV professionals and gain valuable insights.
Whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting out, there's something for everyone at Bectu's Big Autumn Gathering. Don't miss out on this exciting event!
Ticket Types
The Big Autumn Gathering is open to everyone working in film and TV.
If you're a Bectu member, this event is free. Book your tickets now!
If you're not a Bectu member, you can buy a ticket. Earlybird tickets are available for just £10!
Students are also welcome to attend - student places are free, but you'll need to bring your student ID.
Family Friendly and Accessible
If you need childcare to allow you to attend the Big Autumn Gathering, please book a free child ticket by 31st August as we will need to confirm childcare arrangements with our providers.
All children are also welcome to attend the sessions with their parents/carers, and a children's play area is located right next to the venue.
There is no food available on site, but numerous local shops and eateries are nearby.
