Shape of Despair return to the UK for the first time since their only appearance on British soil in 2016 -making these shows an exceptionally rare chance to witness one of funeral doom's most revered names live. Formed in Finland in the mid-1990s, the band helped define the genre's slow, immersive, and deeply melancholic sound. Blending crushingly slow riffs, vast atmospheric keys, and a haunting dual-vocal presence, their music is as overwhelming as it is beautiful. With landmark releases like Angels of Distress, Monotony Fields, and 2022's Return to the Void, Shape of Despair deliver a live experience that is both emotionally devastating and utterly absorbing.

OPIA
Opia bring their cinematic Gothic doom to the stage for what will be their only three UK shows of 2026, making each performance a must-see for fans of the genre. Formed in 2022 with members from the UK and Spain, the band have quickly built a reputation for combining crushing heaviness with haunting melody and raw emotional depth. Their 2025 debut album I Welcome Thee, Eternal Sleep showcases a sound rooted in atmosphere and catharsis, earning them slots alongside acts like Swallow the Sun and Saturnus, as well as appearances at Doom Heart Festival and Into the Grave. Expect an immersive and deeply moving live set.

DENALI
Denali represent the rising edge of the UK doom scene, delivering a powerful blend of slow-burning heaviness and atmospheric intensity. Formed in Hertfordshire in 2020 and featuring members of Countless Skies, Everest Queen and Earthbound, the band craft music that is both crushing and deeply introspective. Their sound combines dense, weighty riffs with expansive ambience and emotionally driven songwriting, moving between overwhelming intensity and haunting restraint. With their 2022 self-titled EP, Denali have quickly established themselves as one of the most compelling new names in UK doom.
