✨ REST, REFLECT & CONNECT ✨Restorative Yoga • Yoga Nidra • Sound Bath • Journaling • Oracle Card Pull • Tea & Connection
What if you gave yourself an evening to simply pause, breathe, soften, and receive? 🌙
Join me for a cozy, intimate 2.5-hour evening at Inner Peace Spiritual Centre, created for deep rest, reflection, and connection.
🧘♀️ Restorative Yoga
Settle into deeply supported poses with bolsters, blankets & props.
🌙 Mini Yoga Nidra
A gentle guided practice to turn inward and invite the body and mind toward stillness.
🌿 Optional Brow Massage
A soothing essential-oil brow massage while you rest — always optional, always respecting your boundaries.
🎶 Sound Bath
Crystal & brass singing bowls, chimes and other soothing instruments to help you slow down and simply receive.
✍️ Reflect + Receive
After our restorative practice, we’ll spend some quiet time with 3 guided journal prompts for self-reflection, followed by an optional oracle card pull — a little invitation to pause, reflect, and see what message or insight resonates with you.
☕ Tea + Connection Circle
Enjoy a warm cup of tea and an optional closing circle. Share something you noticed, how you’re feeling, a little gratitude — or simply listen. There is never any pressure to share. 🤍
✨ Come as you are.
No perfect poses.
No expectations to talk.
No pressure to share.
No experience necessary.
Just an evening to rest, reflect, reconnect & receive.
