Restorative Yin Yoga & Crystal Bowl Sound HealingWednesday, October 28

As the days grow shorter and the evenings invite us to slow down, I welcome you to join me for a peaceful 90-minute Restorative Yin Yoga practice accompanied throughout by the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls.
Settle into the warmth of a candlelit room and give yourself permission to move slowly, soften, and simply be.
We’ll explore gentle, supported Yin postures, allowing time to settle into each shape while the crystal bowls play softly around you. Each bowl is tuned to one of the seven chakras, creating a beautiful soundscape to accompany the practice and invite a sense of balance, harmony, and flow through the body and energetic system.
Rather than moving quickly from one posture to the next, this is an opportunity to linger, listen, breathe, and notice what is present.
The sound of the bowls will be woven throughout the practice, creating moments of deep listening and stillness as you move between gentle postures. You don’t need to do anything with the sounds. Simply allow yourself to receive them.
No previous yoga experience is needed, and all equipment is provided.
This offering is trauma-sensitive and trauma-informed, with an emphasis on choice, comfort, and listening to your own body. You are always welcome to adjust, rest, or simply be exactly where you are.
Come as you are.
Bring yourself, your breath, and 90 minutes to slow down and reconnect.
