Nico is a 5Rhythms® teacher, trained actor, vocal artist and somatic explorer here to walk with you as you unleash the power hidden in your cells.
Through play, curiosity, and discovery we ask the body to show us where to go to access our most radical, fully expressed aliveness and wake up to the creative brilliance inside you. Based in Brooklyn, Nico does 1:1 somatic work and leads the epic 5Rhythms® group series BODYWERK, redefining just how liberating and healing a dance floor can be.
