Slow down, unplug, and restore. This class guides you through calming breathwork and immersive sound healing designed to regulate your nervous system and clear mental clutter. The Reset is your invitation to find calm, to take an intentional break, and leave with a grounded sense of balance.
Stay after the class for a group recovery and cooldown with guided breathwork, cold plunges and suanas.
*please arrive early to check in and bring your own mat.
