First Sunday of every month at 12:00pm!
Begin each month with a grounded return to self and connect with your intentions for the month ahead through a shared group Reiki experience, intentional ritual, and a deeply restorative ceremonial sound bath facilitated by Chasity Ramsey!
Each circle offers a different way to pause and create space for what you want to cultivate in the month ahead. Each month includes a different ritual, such as, sankalpa setting, journaling, breathwork, meditation, somatic movement, manifestation jars, candle making or a creative practice to help you release what you no longer need and connect with what you’re ready to welcome in.
No prior experience with Reiki, meditation, or any of the practices is necessary.
Simply come as you are.

November: Ancestral Altar + Rooted Intention
We will be creating small water vessel as a container for what you'd like to see come to fruition in the coming season. Choose flowers and herbs that symbolically represent your intention, fill your jar with water, and place a grounding stone with it. As you build your jar, you'll be invited to reflect on what you're calling in, what you're ready to release, and what you want to nurture. Seal your jar as a tangible reminder of your intention. You'll then be invited to place your jar on our communal altar as both an offering to your ancestors and a reminder that the strength, resilience, and blessings of your ancest0rs are already within you.
We’ll begin with a shared ancestral altar, creating space to honor the people, places, stories, and wisdom that have shaped our path. Then, we’ll create our own vessel of remembrance. A small jar made with flowers, herbs, water, and stone. A tangible vessel for what you wish to remember, honor, nurture, and what you choose to carry forward.
We will close with a deeply restorative Reiki infused sound journey ✨

Logistics:
- Address: 4203 Yaokum Blvd suite #400 Houston, Texas 77006 (yellow building)
- Plenty of street parking nearby and a few unreserved 2-hr parking spots in the surface lot.
- Bring your own mats, blankets, pillows, ect to feel comfy and cozy for the soundbath! A limited number of mats and blankets and cushions will be available, but if you'd like to bring your own you are more than welcome to!
- Space is limited to 12 individuals to create an intimate and intentional experience. Advanced sign up is highly recommended!

About Chasity Ramsey:
For nearly a decade, Chasity has devoted her work to guiding others toward deeper alignment, presence, and healing. As a Level III Usui Reiki Master and trauma-conscious yoga and meditation teacher, she creates compassionate, restorative spaces where the body, mind, and spirit can slow down, soften, and reconnect.
Her work weaves together Reiki, chakra tuning, subtle sound healing, breathwork, mindfulness, intentional rituals, and meditation to support the body’s natural capacity for balance and restoration. Drawing from specialized training in Yoga Nidra, Tonglen, Mindfulness & Guided Meditation, Zen Meditation, and somatic yoga practices Chasity’s offerings honor each person’s unique path while providing practical tools for navigating life with greater ease.
At the heart of her work is a simple belief: the body already knows how to heal, it simply needs the space to soften and receive. Through intentional practices, Chasity invites you to return to yourself with greater calm, clarity, presence, and connection.
