Reiki is a gentle energy practice intended to support deep relaxation, energetic balance, self-awareness, and a meaningful connection with ourselves and the world around us. This training offers clear structure, practical experience, and a supportive environment in which participants can develop their own relationship with Reiki.

REGISTRATION OPTIONS

REIKI I CERTIFICATION — SATURDAY ONLY$175 per person

This registration includes Saturday’s complete Reiki I training, Reiki I attunement, workbook, guided practice, and Reiki I certificate of completion.

REIKI I & II CERTIFICATION WEEKEND — SATURDAY AND SUNDAY$333 per person

This registration includes the complete 16-hour certification weekend with Reiki I and Reiki II instruction, both attunements, training manuals and reference materials, guided individual and partner practice, ongoing email support, and certificates of completion for both levels.

Please select the appropriate ticket when registering through Eventbrite. Reiki II is not offered as a separate Sunday-only registration option. Participants pursuing both certifications must register for the complete weekend and attend Saturday and Sunday.

DAY ONE: REIKI I CERTIFICATION

Reiki I introduces participants to the foundations of Reiki and the practice of channeling Reiki energy for themselves and others.

The primary focus of Reiki I is self-practice. Participants will learn how to work with Reiki safely and intentionally while exploring how Reiki may also be shared with other people, animals, plants, and physical environments.

During Reiki I, participants will explore:

• The history, lineage, principles, and foundations of Reiki

• Understanding and experiencing Reiki energy

• Reiki hand positions and self-treatment practices

• How to share Reiki safely and respectfully with others

• Working with animals, plants, and physical spaces

• Grounding, energetic awareness, intention, and integration

• Consent, ethics, and appropriate practitioner boundaries

• Guided individual and partner practice

• The 21-day self-Reiki and chakra-integration practice

Each participant will receive a Reiki I attunement, structured instruction, opportunities for hands-on practice, a workbook, and a Reiki I certificate upon successful completion of the training.

Participants registered for Reiki I only will complete their training at the end of Saturday. Those registered for the full certification weekend will continue into Reiki II on Sunday.

DAY TWO: REIKI II CERTIFICATION

Reiki II builds upon the foundation established during Reiki I and expands each participant’s understanding of how Reiki may be practiced both in person and from a distance.

Sunday introduces the traditional Reiki II symbols, mental and emotional Reiki practices, distance Reiki, energetic scanning, and important considerations for sharing Reiki with others.

During Reiki II, participants will explore:

• The three Reiki II symbols, their meanings, traditional uses, and activation

• How to draw and work with each Reiki II symbol

• Distance Reiki across space and time

• Reiki practices intended to support mental and emotional well-being

• Advanced hand positions and energetic scanning

• Refining intuition and sensing where Reiki energy may be needed

• Ethics, consent, confidentiality, and practitioner boundaries

• Holding space responsibly when working with others in person or remotely

• Guidance for offering Reiki to friends, family members, or clients

• Supervised in-person and distance-practice exercises

The day combines instruction, discussion, personal reflection, and hands-on practice. Participants will have opportunities to work with one another in a relaxed and supportive environment under Ashley’s guidance.

Each participant completing Reiki II will receive a personal Reiki II attunement, a Reiki II manual, symbol reference sheets, guided practice, ongoing email support, and a Reiki II certificate of completion.

No previous knowledge of the Reiki II symbols is necessary.
