About this Event
Who said recovery has to be boring? 🪩
If you have come to a.Girls Lift Girls event you know they usually start with a workout. BUT this time, we’re focusing on what comes after movement: recovery.
We’re teaming up with The Ice Bath Club for our first Recovery Rave, a chance to slow down, reconnect and start the weekend feeling good.
There’ll be a live DJ while we explore the ice bath, sauna, magnesium bath and ice shower, plus electrolytes for everyone to sip on. Recovery from the outside and the inside.
Whether you’re catching up with friends after the holidays or meeting new people, this one’s all about taking a little time to reset together. The Ice Bath Club has kindly given us a special price to join and use their facilities, so it’s a lovely opportunity to try something new.
