About this Event
Every day we hear stories about violence, loss, addiction, and mental health—but we rarely talk about the trauma that connects them. In this engaging community conversation, Dr. Talia Moore explores how trauma affects our minds, bodies, families, and neighborhoods, while offering practical tools for building resilience and supporting healing. Through real-life examples, research, and meaningful discussion, participants will gain a better understanding of trauma, why it matters, and how we can create healthier, stronger communities together. Whether you'resupporting a loved one, working in your community, or simply looking for hope and understanding, you'll leave with new perspectives and practical strategies you can use right away.
