About this Event
Those “darker” emotions you’ve been repressing — recent or long-buried, loud or subtle — aren’t the problem.
They’re often the way home.
What if meeting them with awareness wasn’t a breakdown, but a breakthrough?
Rebirth is an emotional hygiene ritual for times of change and transformation.
A body-based emotional release workshop designed to help you reconnect with yourself, support emotional release through the body, and reclaim energy that’s been stuck.
Through movement, breath and voice, you’ll explore what it’s like to feel more safely, honestly, and on your own terms.
What we explore together
Through a carefully held blend of guided practices, we work with emotions as energy in motion — allowing them to move, settle, and integrate.
We explore:
- Anger as the protector of your boundaries and values
- Sadness as a gateway to release, flow, and renewal
- Pleasure and joy as grounding forces that restore vitality
This session weaves together
- Somatic movement and embodied awareness
- Boxing for contained emotional release
- Conscious complaining – a structured practice for voicing truth anonymously without making it someone else’s burden
- Tantric “rebirth” meditation
- Guided ecstatic dance and integration
You choose how deeply you engage at every stage.
What you’ll leave with
- A stronger connection to your body
- A clearer sense of your boundaries and values
- Emotional regulation tools you can take into daily life
- A more grounded, settled nervous system
- More peace, often more energy — and definitely more of yourself
What people say

“Everyone was in their own bubble, doing their own thing, without judgement.”
“I got what I needed… I came looking for one thing and left with clarity about something much deeper.”
