For those who fancy a 30 mins run, we will meet 12:50 PM at Heartcore, we will leave our bags and go - leave time 1:00 PM !
For those who DO NOT want to run, we meet at 1:45 PM at the studio to get ready for our Pilates session
After the session, expect some wholesome homemade snacks with nuts, seeds and cacao - these are really awsome! Plus handcrafted 100% natural skincare gifts with gorgious botanicals made by our event host, and natural skincare formulator, Giuly
