About this Event

An intimate evening dedicated to Juyondai (十四代), one of Japan’s most celebrated and sought-after sakes.

This exclusive tasting brings together seven distinctive expressions of Juyondai, each presented from a full 1.8L bottle, offering guests a rare opportunity to experience the depth, craftsmanship, and diversity behind this iconic sake house.

The tasting will progress from fresh and vibrant seasonal releases to increasingly refined and complex expressions, culminating in some of Juyondai’s most sought-after bottlings. Each selection will be thoughtfully paired across a six-course culinary experience, designed to complement the character and progression of the sake.

Featured selections include seasonal Kakushin (角新) releases, Honmaru (本丸), Funatare (槽垂れ), Ginsen (吟撰), Akaiwa Omachi (赤磐雄町), and the highly coveted Sōkō (双虹).

Limited to 30 guests to maintain an intimate and carefully paced tasting experience.

7 Juyondai Sakes · 6 Courses

Whether you are already a Juyondai enthusiast or discovering the label for the first time, this evening is designed to offer a rare opportunity to experience several expressions side by side through sake, food, and conversation.
