The New Mayor, Mayor Swaby of RA City has been appointed! The former crooked mayor let loose some villians. The criminals were at large and began a M**der-spree at the RA City Center. Detective Red Rose was closing in on them, but the Murderer got away!
What will happen in the chaos that insues RA City now? A new mayor, new crimes. You'll have to come alive and along with us for the ride! If you dare.
