This workshop is a sanctuary for those ready to cultivate a "village" mindset where leadership is developed through wellness and our identity is anchored in tradition.

To ensure you are fully prepared for our reflection and grounding rituals, please bring:

• A Journal: For capturing your thoughts and "vibration shifts" during the session.
• 1–3 Family Photos: These will serve as a visual bridge for our ancestral grounding exercises.
