Whether you're arriving joyful, exhausted, overwhelmed, or simply curious, you're invited to settle in, release tension, and let melodic sound support your nervous system. Crystal bowls, harp, and soft guidance create space for relaxation, grounding, and emotional reset.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR: Charlie Sebastian Short is a certified sound practitioner, musician, and caregiver based in Portland. His work draws from the Quantum Sound Method, classical music training, and years of supporting both humans and animals with patience and care. He approaches sound healing as nervous system support, using harmonious instruments to encourage rest, calm, and emotional ease. As a mixed-race, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent practitioner, Charlie creates an inclusive space where all bodies and identities can access comfort and relaxation.
