This is profound work that can bring powerful emotions, insights, and shifts. Please take a moment to check in with yourself beforehand to ensure you feel ready to both hold and be held in meaningful ways.
The intention of Family Constellation work is to bring unconscious family dynamics into awareness, heal inherited ancestral wounds, and create greater freedom, connection, and wholeness.
