FAQ’s
Are there many plug sockets?

Yes there are plenty, and will be some extension cables as well.

Where do I sit when I arrive?

You can sit wherever you like, if you prefer to sit on your own that is totally fine!

If you do want to sit with someone, just politely ask, I am sure they will be super happy to meet you and chat!

Do people actually get stuff done or is it mainly chatting?

This totally depends on what you’re looking for!

There are some that put their headphones in and crack on with their work.

Others like to have little chats and network in between working blocks.

We’d say come along and see for yourself!

Is it okay to put headphones in?

Yes! You can do whatever you like, there are no expectations.

What seating options are there?

There are chairs with tables, bean bags and sofas. There are chairs without armrests available.

Do you have a chat group?

Yes! We have a Whatsapp group where you can meet other days of the week or find out when the next event is on. There are also separate socialising chat groups for things like neurospicy queers, writing queers, techie queers and more!
