HOME FLOW
A 75-Minute Somatic dance, Breathwork &
Meditation Experience
HOME is a somatic dance, breathwork, and meditation community. Over the years of finding his own home in this world, Chance has learned many modalities to help us come home to ourselves — in our bodies, our breath, and our presence. That is the intention of HOME FLOW.
Together we go on a journey that may feel like climbing a mountain — waves of playfulness, peace, intensity, rest, resistance, and expansion. The invitation is to ride the waves fully. The goal is never to be perfect, but to allow the fullness of the experience to be. You are free to be you.
🎧 Silent Disco Experience — Sound and guidance are delivered through silent disco headphones, creating a unique personal bubble where you can ease up on fear of what others think. You are welcome to make sound, sing, cry, scream, take up space, get weird, and be fully yourself.
What to bring:
Water bottle · Comfortable workout clothes · Sweat towel · Yoga mat (optional)
All fitness levels welcome — every move can be adjusted to fit your body's needs. Please arrive as close to the scheduled time as possible so we can begin together.

Meet your Instructor!
Chance Roni (he/him) is a certified breathwork facilitator with 5+ years in the movement and mindfulness field. His life journey started in California before taking him across the United States, Europe and now back to the Bay Area. Part of his intention in creating HOME is to bring playfulness into the spiritual community and to share these teaching with the general public in a way that's approachable and fun!
