QC Fitness Games is Charlotte's truly unique, gamified workout class. Lead by a Certified Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach, these HIIT-style classes introduce a game element to the workout to promote friendly competition and distract the body and mind with something fun.

All fitness levels are welcome and we love seeing new faces join our community! Whether you're looking for a way to start getting active, a fun accessory to your current fitness journey, or just want to meet or hang out with like-minded individuals, than QC Fitness Games is for you.

Note: The first Sunday of every month we meet at NoDa Brewing in North End @11am (the location off of N Tryon St)
