Puppy yoga comes to Windy Hill — and every ticket helps rescue puppies find homes.
Join Kitten Paws and Downward Dogs at Windy Hill Athletic Club on Saturday, December 5 for 45 minutes of gentle, all-levels yoga surrounded by adoptable puppies from a local Atlanta rescue partner. Flow, stretch, get climbed on, and take as many puppy breaks as you need. Nobody minds.
The puppies are the point. Every puppy in the room is a rescue and is looking for a home. Our rescue partner brings the puppies, their pen and their volunteers, so you can meet, cuddle and start an adoption conversation on the spot. We'll name the rescue here as soon as they're confirmed.
Where the money goes. Net proceeds go straight to the rescue, scaled to seats sold. The more of you who show up, the bigger the check.
THE DAY
• Saturday, December 5, 2026 · Session 2: class 1:00–1:45 PM (Session 1 runs 12:00–12:45 PM on a separate ticket)
• Windy Hill Athletic Club · 135 Interstate North Parkway NE, Atlanta, GA 30339
• Yoga led by a certified Kitten Paws and Downward Dogs instructor · all levels welcome, including complete beginners
• Wear something you don't mind a puppy paw on
GOOD TO KNOW
• Tickets are limited to keep the puppy-to-person ratio happy. When it's sold out, it's sold out.
• Tickets are non-refundable but fully transferable — send a friend in your place.
• Real puppies: expect a little chaos, a little noise and a lot of joy. The rescue's volunteers handle everything the puppies do.
