Join us for Puppy Yoga at the Peak — a one-hour mat Yoga class with an instructor from Yoga Movement. Surrounded by the cutest rescue puppies from Lantau Pet Rescue, set on the Peak Galleria Observatory Deck, overlooking Hong Kong’s iconic skyline, you can expect movement, breathtaking views, and plenty of cuddles throughout your flow.

What to Expect:

🐾 45-Minute Puppy Yoga Flow – A feel-good, beginner-friendly class curated by Yoga Movement, designed to help you move, breathe, and smile… with playful rescue puppies roaming around while taking in panoramic views of Hong Kong.

☕ Post-Class Social with Barebells – Stay for Barebells protein shakes and connect with our community while learning more about adoption and foster care.

🏡 Adopt, Foster, Support – Meet the puppies and hear their stories. All the dogs at the event are adoptable, and every donation goes directly towards rescue efforts, medical care, and helping these animals find their forever homes 🐾✨

🐶 Extra Puppy Love from VetiVa – VetiVa will provide aftercare medical support for adoption puppies. We’ll also have an on-site donation box if you’d like to contribute a little extra support on the day.
