Whether you love to lift or worship - this space is for girlies of all fitness levels and all ages.

PUMP & PRAISE is open to girls of all ages (minimum age 7+). Please note that anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18+), have a valid ticket and supervised at all times. Organisers cannot take responsibility for unsupervised children.
