About this Event
Epping Forest & Connaught Water – Path of Remembrance Walk (London, UK)
Join us for a 2-hour guided grief walk in Epping Forest, London, UK, exploring the connection between grief, therapy and walking in nature. This event brings together community, reflection and gentle movement, acknowledging that grief and joy can co-exist.
The walk is led by Danielle Westcarr-Jourdan, MBACP Integrative Counsellor and Eco-Therapeutic Practitioner, founder of Simple Therapy, and Amber Jeffrey, Grief Mentor, founder of The Grief Gang membership community and host of The Grief Gang podcast.
Together, Danielle and Amber bring both personal and professional experience of grief. Creating and holding spaces for grievers is deeply personal to them, shaping how they show up for others, whether you are newly bereaved or have been navigating grief for some time.
