A Journey of Release, Renewal & New Beginnings
Join Nidhuvan Nagari and Marnie for a beautiful afternoon of guided meditation and sound healing beneath the tiki hut at Earth 'n' Us Farm, a lush tropical sanctuary tucked away in the heart of Miami.
As we prepare for the New Moon in Scorpio, we invite you to gather in community, slow down, turn inward, and begin the beautiful process of releasing what no longer serves us.
✨ Releasing the Old, Welcoming the New
Scorpio is a symbol of transformation, rebirth, and profound inner change.
Just as the scorpion sheds its exoskeleton as it grows, we too have the opportunity to release old patterns, limiting beliefs, and emotional baggage that may be holding us back.
This is a time to look within, acknowledge what we are ready to leave behind, and create space for new possibilities.
Through conscious intention, we can begin forming new neurological pathways of thought, opening ourselves to healthier patterns and new ways of experiencing life.
🌱 Planting the Seeds of Transformation
The New Moon is traditionally a time for setting intentions and planting seeds for the future.
Like a garden, our inner world requires patience, nourishment, and care. We cannot expect everything to blossom overnight, but we can begin by preparing the soil, removing what no longer belongs, and planting the seeds of what we wish to cultivate.
🧘 Guided Meditation & Sound Bath
Our afternoon will begin with a guided meditation, offering an opportunity for grounding, reflection, and setting intentions.
Following the meditation, immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, chimes, and other beautiful instruments.
Allow yourself to rest, receive, and simply be.
Surrounded by the natural beauty of Earth 'n' Us Farm, we'll share an afternoon of reflection, renewal, and community.

• Comfortable clothing
• Water (optional)
Parking: Free parking is available outside the farm gates, at the entrance, or along the street.
Community volleyball follows at 4:00 PM!
Admission is free. Love donations are warmly welcomed as an energetic exchange and to support the continuation of these community gatherings.
