About this Event
Come along and enjoy a limited workshop exploring Prana Kriya Yoga, a practice that integrates movement, breath, sound, and focused awareness to cultivate inner balance, clarity, and stability.
Suitable for beginners, experienced practitioners, and yoga teachers, this session offers a structured and accessible approach to working with energy through mindful movement and breath. Rather than intensity, the practice emphasizes sensitivity, precision, and steady awareness.
