Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or trying to get back into a routine, Praise & Sweat is a relaxed, welcoming space where women can move, laugh, connect, and encourage one another.
Join us for an uplifting evening of:
✨ Easy-to-follow Zumba (no experience needed!)
✨ Friendship and genuine conversation
✨ Faith, encouragement, and learning more about Jesus
✨ Healthy kai and great company
No pressure. No fitness expectations. Just come as you are, whether you're in activewear or your favourite oversized tee.
