Agenda
🕑: 01:00 PM - 04:00 PM
Self Love (Abstract Self Portrait)
Info: Class Description:
Self-love sounds beautiful, but for many of us, it's the hardest thing to practice. This week, we'll explore what blocks self-love – the inner critic, comparison, and worthiness wounds – and then paint our way through them.
No art experience needed. All materials provided.
🕑: 01:00 PM - 04:00 PM
Self Care (Grounding Oil Blend)
Info: We hear "self-care" everywhere – bubble baths, face masks, expensive candles. But true self-care is often less glamorous – and much more sustainable. This week, we'll explore the difference between performative and true self-care, name what gets in the way, and create a sensory ritual you can carry with you anywhere.
No art experience needed. All materials provided.
🕑: 01:00 PM - 04:00 PM
Self Perseverance (Intention Charm Bracelet)
Info: We're often told to "push through" no matter what. But perseverance and burnout are not the same thing. This week, we'll explore the difference between sustainable strength and exhaustion and create a wearable reminder of your resilience.
No art experience needed. All materials provided.
