Welcome to Pomsky Puppy Yoga by Yoga Kawa in Toronto, where the mats are laid out, the puppies are ready, and the only thing on your agenda is an hour that actually feels good.
Pomskies are the fluffy, bright-eyed result of a Pomeranian and a Husky deciding to do something wonderful together. They are playful, curious, and have absolutely no concept of personal space, which, in this context, is a very good thing.
Here's how the hour breaks down:
- 35 minutes of easy, beginner-friendly yoga
- 20 minutes of connection and cuddle time
- 5 minutes of sharing circle
Why people keep coming back
Puppy yoga in Toronto does something a regular yoga class cannot. A puppy wanders over, settles against your leg, and your nervous system just... exhales. With Pomskies in the mix, expect a little extra chaos, a lot of fluff, and at least one moment that makes the whole room laugh at once.
A note on Pomsky puppies
Pomskies tend to be energetic, social, and deeply interested in whatever you are doing. They carry the Husky's curiosity and the Pomeranian's love of being the center of attention, which means they will find you, investigate your water bottle, and probably try to sit on your head during savasana. They are gentle, adaptable, and genuinely delightful to spend an hour with.
Kids and families
This class is family-friendly. Kids ages 5 and up are welcome. Anyone under 18 must attend with a parent or guardian who also participates and helps the child move gently and handle the puppies with care.
Mats provided. No experience needed. Whether this is your first yoga class or your hundredth, you will fit right in. Come as you are, stay for the puppies.
