To the fans and friends of the Pointed Sticks
The Pointed Sticks will play their last gig ever on Saturday November
28th, at the Rickshaw Theatre in Vancouver.
To stop performing live was a big decision and we considered many
things: our age, health, finances and motivation and more. But after all
that we have come to the simple conclusion that we have had our turn.
And that it is time for us to step away while we are still capable of
performing to the standards we have set for ourselves.
So, Nov 28th it is! Please come and help us celebrate our music and
history.
And from all of us PS guys, thanks for almost 50 years of memories!
PS: Should Live Nation or any other corporate organization decide to
offer us millions to re-unite for a tour, like all other aging rock
bands such as KISS or Motley Crue, we will be happy to sacrifice all of
our hard won integrity and accept your offer. You have been
notified, and thank you for your attention to this matter!
