Join Jeremy — aka Typewriter Troubadour — for Poetry Saves Lives, a supportive and healing poetry circle in the heart of Ocean Beach.
You don’t have to be a “poet.”
You just have to be human.
We’ll begin with gentle movement to awaken the body and settle the nervous system. Breath by breath, we’ll soften into presence.
Poetry Saves Lives is for anyone navigating heartbreak, transition, creative blocks, spiritual seeking, or simply a longing for deeper connection.
Through guided prompts, reflective pauses, and intentional sharing, we’ll practice what it means to witness and be witnessed through words.
