About this Event
Join us for an exciting time, as we gather and dive into the word of God, to connect, learn, share experiences and grow in relationships with Christ and each other.
How We Move:
Our Bible studies meet monthly at various locations throughout the NYC and NJ metro area to gather, teach the word of God, build community, and lead non-believers to Christ for redemption.
What will be the topic of the Bible study?
Our Bible study theme is anchored on our “Identity in Christ”, as this is key to knowing who you are, and who God, the Father is, and his perfect love for humanity.
Our lessons are structured around learning and growing deeper in the Word, reading and engaging in deeper conversations of the Scripture with a focus on God's love for humanity, Jesus Christ, and his works, and our identity in him. In this manner, we build foundations that are anchored in Christ and in truth, inviting transformation to take place through the Love of Christ Jesus. Note: Our Bible study also leaves room for the Holy Spirit to shift the atmosphere and also the teaching and its format.
Note: Closer to the event date, the scripture will be posted for individual reading and meditation, prior to our gathering.
Our Style:
- First 30 mins: Prayer, Icebreakers, and light snacks.
- Next 45 mins: Core teaching and group scripture reading.
- Next 1 hour: Open-ended discussion questions and personal application.
- Final 30 mins: Sharing prayer requests, a closing prayer, and details for the next location.
What To Expect:
Our Bible studies are designed to transform people and spaces through the word of God and the presence of the Lord, Christ Jesus. Therefore, ask for a pure heart to receive what the Lord is and may do in you during and after our Bible study, and expect transformation to flow, according to Jeremiah 29:11. For it is written, “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.”
Who Is This For?
Bible study is for anyone looking to know and grow deeper in Christ Jesus, and the Word of God, to learn about the love of God, the Father for humanity, Jesus Christ's work, his sacrifice, and our identity in him and what this means for our lives. Whether you are a believer or a non-believer looking to know Christ Jesus, you are welcome. Come as you are. Come ready to learn. Come ready to fellowship. Come ready to know the Lord.
What will you walk away with?
The bible study is designed to gather believers and non-believers and build community in one accord - to know Christ Jesus. By joining us, you will learn about God, through Jesus Christ, the truth of his word, how it applies to your daily life, and tools, resources, and strategies to help fight the battles that come against you with the Word of God;
You will also walk in understanding how to grow in relationship with Christ, and foster community with others willing to walk your journey with you, in biblical offering support and encouragement where needed. Fellowship and community are important within the body of Christ, and this is one of the ways we build and strengthen long-lasting relationships.
