About our guest teacher:
Born and raised in the swamps of Louisiana, Lacey with The Vibrant Vardo is a self taught artist starting from childhood. Lacey's influences can be traced directly back to her Romani Gypsy and Louisiana Creole heritage. Her baskets are a nod to her Romani ancestors, who were well known for their basket weaving abilities. Lacey is well versed with many talents, including tarot reading. She creates many types of art, and works with a variety of mediums, including resin, repurposed cigar boxes, bone art, jewelry, suncatchers, and more.
