About this Event
-----
Off Day Performance Psychology and Pilates by Q are proud to host the first Pilates for a Purpose event on Saturday, October 10th!
Join us for a 50-minute power mat pilates class at the Angel Collective followed by a wellness social hour at the Wellness Lounge to celebrate World Mental Health Day! Enjoy an empowering workout with mindful movement + goodie bag filled with local wellness information & freebies.
Our goal is to bring together a community that advocates and encourages conversation around mental health while cultivating a safe space with time to do just that! No pressure, no agenda—just community, good energy, and an off day well spent. Because off days are better together.
Proceeds of this event will benefit Cymru Women’s Sport, a non-profit charity dedicated to ensuring women & girls across Wales have equitable opportunities in sport. This charity helps raise awareness to level the playing field for women & girls in sport in Wales. They focus on leadership, facilities, safety and investment in girls & women in sport.
