🌊 Pilates by the Sea x Gals On Adventures
Join us for our summer Pilates session right by the sea as we enjoy the return of the sun while giving time and love to ourselves.
The flow will aim at targetting the full body and is open to all levels, while revisiting the Pilates principles and building balance, strength whime reconnecting with your breath.
📍 Where & When:
Join us at Salthill and Monkstown Apna Park (location here), just by the DART station — a beautiful open space right by the sea.
I'll be there with my mat at least 15 mn before the class and send the exact location on the Whatsapp Group Gals On Mats ( make sure to join!), and more specifically at the end of the park so you can easily spot me
🕕 Make sure to come a few minutes early to settle in.
🌞 What to bring: a mat and a towel (if possible to add another layer for more stability)
✨ What to expect: mindful movement, sea breeze, and wholesome vibes
💫 Who it's for: all levels, all bodies — truly, everyone is welcome (whether part of Gals On Adventures or not)
For those who want to stay, we will then head for a coffee in order to get to know each other 🌅✨
