About this Event
The People’s Emergency Briefing is an eye-opening 50-minute film that brings together nine leading UK scientists and experts to discuss what it means for things like extreme weather, food security and health.
Released earlier this year, the film is based on the National Emergency Briefing which took place at Westminster in November 2025 and gives you the chance to hear the evidence that was brought to over 1200 politicians and leaders from business, culture, faith, sport and the media.
After the film, there will be some time to reflect on what you’ve heard, and engage in an open discussion about what it means for our community and what we can do.
The film is recommended for audiences aged 16+.
Everyone is welcome. Please feel free to come with friends, family and neighbours, noting the age recommendation.
Accessibility: The Robin Hood Pub is not fully accessible for wheelchair users and visitors with limited mobility.
Your full ticket cost will be donated to the Avon Wildlife Trust.
If after booking you are unable to attend, we'd be grateful if you could let us know and we can reallocate your ticket.
