Welcome to our Soccer Bootcamp! Join us at Moody Park Soccer Field HTX for a community-based, faith-fueled fitness experience. Get ready to sweat, have fun, and push yourself to the limit while making connections with young adults just like you. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey, PC FIT is for you! Everyone is welcome.
Pro tip! Our bootcamp starts on time so we highly encourage early arrival for check-in, to sign the waiver and parking.!
Bring water, bring a friend and come ready to have a good time.
What to expect:
30 minutes of soccer inspired fitness drills - Get your heart rate up with agility work, conditioning exercises and foot work drills
30 minutes of Mini Games - After the workout we'll divide into teams for some friendly competition.
Rep your favorite team! Wear a soccer jersey if you have one!
