About this Event
On the last Monday of every much, we will dive deep into the subconscious mind together by way of hypnosis to meet yourself on a whole new level. As past life memories are revealed to you, you will begin connecting the dots as to what this lifetime can bring, themes and patterns that keep arising - and what is needed to be healed. You will receive the exact wisdom needed from your higher self for your soul’s evolution.
Meditation or hypnosis experience is not required, as well as the belief in reincarnation or past lives. I just ask all people who hear the call, to come in with an open heart and curious mind and allow your subconscious mind to share that which you're ready to receive.
I am so excited to be teaming up with the newly opened space Glimmmer Wellness for three special dates to facilitate a Past Life Regression every last Monday of the month on 3/30, 4/27, 5/25 and 6/29 from 7:30pm to 9pm at 205 SE Grand Ave. You can RSVP to one, two or all three events. Just like any practice, the more you go through this journey, the deeper you will drop in each time.
Spots are limited to 21 people per event, so reserve your spot today on a sliding scale of $33-$55.
In this session we will:
- Do a short meditation to bring us into the space
- I will educate you on past life regression and hypnosis
- We will set intentions and answer questions
- I will guide you on your journey
- We will journal together and share insights
*Yoga mats and blankets are provided. However, for your optimal comfort - feel free to bring with you all the cozies (personal blankets, pillows and comfortable clothing you can rest in). We ask that you bring a journal, pen and water with you to the space.

About me:
Chel is a Joy Guide and Love Bearer. She brings her vast background with over a decade of death work and mental health non-profit experience, writing, theater, and various healing modalities. She is a trained Reiki Master/teacher, Past Life Regressionist, Hypnotherapist, and Psychedelic Guide.
After receiving dozens of Past Life Regression sessions, she began to notice a significant growth within her spiritual journey. A lot of the blockages within the heart, and her life force were starting to heal just by understanding the origin of wounding and internal stories, how patterns were showing up in repeated lifetimes, and why we use certain coping skills in this lifetime to survive.
Through her own healing journey, she knew she wanted to help others in this same way. By utilizing her unique skills in energetic healing, meditation practices, and integration support, this offering was birthed.
