I’m so excited to bring you this special collaboration with Giacomo from @great_ocean_road_pasta for a relaxed Italian lunch where watch Giacomo demonstrate how to cook saltbush maccheroncini pasta with venison ragù , eat, speak and connect
Giacomo will share a live pasta-making demonstration in Italian, followed by a delicious shared lunch around the table with Italian conversation, a recipe to take home in both Italian & English, and a traditional moka coffee to finish.☕️
You don’t need to speak fluent Italian — just come with curiosity, an appetite and a willingness to have a go! 🇮🇹
