They are built in rooms, through practice, performance and real human interaction.
This workshop uses professional theatre techniques to help you develop the storytelling and presence that makes people listen, trust and act.

Welcome & Introduction — 10 mins Setting the space, meeting the room.
Breath, Speech & Grounding — 1 hr 30 mins The core of the workshop. Theatre-based exercises that build physical presence, vocal clarity and the confidence to own any room.
Feedback & Reflection — 15 mins Group discussion on what shifted and how to take it forward.
Snacks and refreshments provided throughout.
