Join Tracy for a nurturing sound bath designed specifically for mothers and their little ones.
Since 2014, Tracy has supported mothers and babies through birth preparation and community wellbeing, and she’s delighted to bring this gentle offering to the studio.
About the Session
This calming experience uses soft, steady tones from crystal singing bowls and chimes to soothe the nervous system of both mother and baby. Healing sound helps regulate the body, ease tension, and invite a deep sense of calm which is invaluable during the early weeks and months of parenthood.
The sound levels are kept gentle and appropriate for infant hearing. You’re welcome to attend with your pre-crawling baby or come alone if you prefer. There’s no expectation for silence or stillness - feel free to feed, cuddle, or comfort your baby at any point during the session.
After the sound bath, stay for tea and relaxed conversation. It’s a lovely opportunity to connect with other mothers and find community in the postnatal period.
What to Know
- Who can attend: Mothers with pre-crawling babies, or new mothers on their own
- What’s provided: Mats, blankets, and bolsters
- What to bring: A blanket for your baby and anything they need for comfort
- Timing: Please arrive 5 minutes early to settle in
